INSTRUCTIONS
Home study courses are in the form of Word or PDF documents that you may access electronically at any time. The activity offers 3 hours of continuing pharmacy education.
The Course Curriculum outlines each lesson that is required to be completed for each course.
After each lesson, you must select the "MARK AS COMPLETED" button below for your lesson to be counted as complete. Upon completion of reviewing all subject material content, you must complete the Sickle Cell Quiz and pass with a score of 70% or above. You will be given 3 opportunities to pass with a score of 70%.
The final step is to complete the evaluation. On the evaluation page, you will need to select the "SUBMIT" button prior to the "MARK AS COMPLETED" button. Once all lessons have been marked complete, your course completion will display 100%. All lessons must be completed to receive your credit and a certificate of completion.
