This home study activity is targeted to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
ACCREDITATION STATEMENT
iCARE Pharmacy Services, Inc. is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Two (2) contact hours are available upon completion of the posttest questions and evaluation form. Participants must pass the exam with a score of 70% or better. There will be an additional opportunity to retake the posttest if the participant does not pass. This is an ACPE knowledge-based activity. Initial Release Date: August 1, 2023. Review the materials, complete the quiz and evaluation online. The final score will be provided upon completion of the home study. Continuing education hours will be uploaded to CEBroker and CPE Monitor in 30 days. Statements of continuing education will be available for you to download and print.
