ACCREDITATION STATEMENT
iCARE Pharmacy Services, Inc. is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. One (1) contact hour is available upon completion of the posttest questions and evaluation form. Participants must pass the exam with a score of 70% or better.
